IV. For what purposes do we process personal data, for how long and what authorizes us to do so?

A. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONCLUDING A CONTRACT AND FULFILLING CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS.

In order to be able to conclude a contract with you and provide the services you have ordered and conduct related communication with you, we process the following common personal data: name, surname, title, address, telephone number, e-mail.

The legal title (authorization) to process this data is the direct fulfillment of contractual obligations arising from the contract concluded between us. Such an obligation may include the provision of services, sending specific instructions before the course, etc. At the same time, it does not necessarily have to be a contract concluded in a classic printed form, signed in person. It may be, for example, an agreement concluded orally, by telephone or by completing and sending the order form available on the website and confirming the order by us.

For this purpose, we process personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship between us. After termination of the contractual relationship, some data is stored in order to fulfill legal obligations or for purposes arising from legitimate interests, as you will read further in this document.

B. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSES OF OUR LEGITIMATE INTERESTS OR THIRD PARTIES.

Legitimate interests can cover a wide range of situations. Therefore, we inform you about the legitimate interests for which we process personal data:

Our legitimate interest is to protect and secure our rights and legal claims, primarily resulting from concluded contracts or damage caused. For these purposes, we process personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of contractual cooperation or from our last contact, if no contract has been concluded. This deadline is set due to the limitation period for claims, bearing in mind the fact that we no longer need to know about a possible claim pursued in court at the time it is pursued by the other party. For this purpose, data from contracts and our mutual communications are stored.

Another legitimate interest is direct marketing. In order to send commercial messages, we will process the following personal data of our customers: name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address. You can always easily stop business messages from being sent to your email by clicking on the link in the email. If we used a classic printed form or a telephone call or one of the communication applications such as Skype or Messenger to send our offer or news, we will also respect if you inform us that you do not want further contact.
In order to offer you products and services tailored to your needs and to send you only those offers and information that will not unnecessarily overwhelm you and will be beneficial to you, we have our database of contacts and personal data divided into several lists. For example, if you want to receive information about our news, your e-mail contact will be automatically added to the "newsletter" database. Similarly, if you send to us from the website, your contact will be listed in the "ordered" type, and after payment in the "paid" list, after which the system will automatically send you the ordered product or electronic service. Some of this automated processing therefore serves directly to fulfill our contractual obligations, some is used for normal marketing (i.e. falls under the category of legitimate interest). If this "sorting" of data was carried out on a large, very "specialized" scale, then we could only do it on the basis of your consent (which you can then withdraw at any time, as described later in this document).

C. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BASED ON YOUR CONSENT

If you consent, we will process your personal data in order to send you an offer of our services. We will need your consent for this processing if you are not our customer. Before you give your consent, we will inform you about what data and for what specific processing purpose the consent will apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time. However, if we also process some of your personal data on the basis of another legal title (see letters A to C above), we will process personal data for these purposes even after you withdraw your consent, because consent is not necessary for such a specific purpose.

V. Sharing personal data with other people

Other processors help us fulfill some of our contractual or legal obligations. Our business partners also comply with the principles of personal data protection and we have concluded an agreement with them on the processing of personal data. Business partners are: banks, management companies, financial consulting companies, district offices, cadastral branches, law firms, experts, etc.

Personal data will also be made available to competent administrative authorities if the law imposes such an obligation on us (i.e. primarily in the case of an inspection during which a given authority is entitled to request specific personal data).

We do not share your data with third parties - we do not sell, trade or otherwise make your personal data available to third parties
